    1. Product Overview
    The full name of the DCX(R) distribution box is DCX(R) Series Combined Distribution Box.This equipment complies with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard IEC 439-1 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies", China’s national standard GB 7251-1997 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies", the standard JB/T 9661-1999 jointly issued by China’s national standards and the China Machinery Industry Federation, as well as the requirements of the CCC (China Compulsory Certification) supervised by CQC (China Quality Certification Center).
    2. Product Application
    It is used for power distribution and lighting distribution. It can also be used for infrequent switching of circuits.
    3.Scope of Application
    The DCX(R) Series Combined Distribution Box is suitable for laboratories, test rooms, clean rooms, computer rooms, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and civil buildings. It is applied in AC systems with a frequency of 50Hz and voltage of 380V/220V, as well as DC circuits with a voltage of 440V/220V, for power distribution and lighting distribution. It can also be used for infrequent switching of circuits.
    The DCX(R) Series Distribution Box is divided into three types:
    DCX-10 Type Power Socket Box
    DCX-20 Type Combined Distribution Box
    DCX-30 Type Combined Power Socket Box
    It takes 86×86 mm as the basic unit and can be combined in any form according to requirements. When combined in a specific manner, it is equipped with overload and short-circuit protection functions.
    4.Product Features
    1. The DCX(R) Series Combined Distribution Box is made of thin steel plates via mold pressing. It is provided with knockout holes around the body for incoming and outgoing wires. The panel is sprayed with various colors that match the building, and users can choose the color as needed.
    2. The distribution box is an indoor installation device, available in two installation types: surface-mounted and recessed-mounted. The panel adopts a recessed design and is equipped with grounding terminals and neutral terminals; the neutral terminal block can be selected arbitrarily.
    3. The distribution box is equipped with a set of mounting racks, which are drilled with various screw holes specifically for installing various electrical components. Sockets of 86×86 mm need to be installed on the power socket mounting plate first, then combined with the box body; other components need to be installed on the assembly plate first, then combined with the box body. The distribution box is rectangular and is horizontally installed by default. If vertical installation is required, it must be specified when placing an order.
    4. If the box bottom needs to be deepened due to installation requirements, it must be specified when placing an order; otherwise, the product will be produced according to conventional standards.
