Product FeaturesThis switchgear can be installed, commissioned, and maintained from the front. Thus, it can be installed back-to-back to form double rows or against walls, enhancing safety and flexibility while reducing floor space. The cabinet adopts an advanced modular stacking structure, ensuring sturdiness, compactness, and an attractive appearance. It features highly reliable combined units—each unit is isolated into independent compartments. Busbars are wrapped in heat-shrinkable tubes with excellent insulation and heat dissipation performance. The switchgear is equipped with an interlocking device to prevent misoperation; the handtrucks have strong interchangeability, and there are diverse combination schemes. It also boasts small size, light weight, simple operation, and high safety and reliability.1. Cabinet Enclosure and PartitionsThe enclosure and partitions of the switchgear are made of aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates processed by CNC machines, with a multi-fold edge process. This not only ensures high precision, strong corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance of the entire cabinet but also makes the cabinet lighter in overall weight and higher in mechanical strength compared to other similar equipment due to the multi-fold edge process. The cabinet adopts a modular structure, connected by blind rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, which shortens the processing and production cycle, enhances the universality of components, reduces floor space, and facilitates production organization. The switchgear is divided into a handtruck compartment, busbar compartment, cable compartment, and relay/instrument compartment (low-voltage compartment), with the enclosure of each compartment independently grounded. The cabinet doors undergo a plastic-spraying process, making their surfaces impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant while ensuring an attractive appearance.2. HandtrucksThe handtruck frame is made of steel plates processed by CNC machines and then riveted. The handtruck is insulated and coordinated with the cabinet, featuring mechanical interlocking for safe, reliable, and flexible operation. Based on application, handtrucks can be classified into circuit breaker handtrucks, voltage transformer handtrucks, metering handtrucks, etc. All types of handtrucks have uniform height and depth, and handtrucks of the same specification are interchangeable. Inside the cabinet, the handtruck has an isolation/test position and an operating position, with positioning devices at each position to ensure reliable interlocking. Operation must be carried out in accordance with the interlocking anti-misoperation procedure. All handtrucks are pushed in and pulled out by turning nuts and lead screws, enabling easy and flexible operation suitable for on-duty personnel. When the handtruck needs to be removed from the cabinet, it can be conveniently pulled out using a dedicated transfer cart for inspection and maintenance. Additionally, the mid-mounted design ensures the entire handtruck is compact, making inspection and maintenance extremely convenient.3. Compartments Inside the SwitchgearThe main electrical components of the switchgear are housed in independent compartments, namely the circuit breaker handtruck compartment, busbar compartment, cable compartment, and relay/instrument compartment. The protection level of each compartment reaches IP2X; except for the relay compartment, the other three compartments are each equipped with independent pressure relief channels. Due to the mid-mounted design, the space of the cable compartment is significantly increased, allowing the equipment to connect to multiple cables.4. Anti-Misoperation Interlocking DeviceThe switchgear is equipped with a reliable interlocking device, providing reliable safety protection for operators and maintenance personnel. Its functions are as follows:(1) After the handtruck is moved from the operating position to the isolation/test position, the movable curtain plate isolates the static contact box to prevent accidental entry into the live compartment. During maintenance, the movable curtain plate can be locked with a padlock.(2) When the circuit breaker is in the closed state, the handtruck cannot be pulled out from the operating position or pushed into the operating position from the isolation/test position; the circuit breaker handtruck can only be operated when it is fully locked in the test position or operating position.(3) The earthing switch can only be operated when the handtruck is in the isolation/test position and outside the cabinet; when the earthing switch is in the closed state, the handtruck cannot be moved from the isolation/test position to the operating position.(4) When the handtruck is in the operating position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be pulled out.5. Pressure Relief DevicePressure relief devices are installed above the handtruck compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment. In case of internal fault arcs in the circuit breaker or busbar, the internal air pressure of the switchgear rises with the occurrence of arcs. The pressure relief metal plate installed on the top will automatically open to release pressure and exhaust gas, ensuring the safety of operators and the switchgear.6. Interlocking Between Secondary Plug and Handtruck PositionThe connection between the secondary wires on the switchgear and those on the handtruck is realized through a secondary plug. The moving contact of the secondary plug is connected to the handtruck via a nylon corrugated tube, and the secondary static contact base is installed at the upper right of the circuit breaker compartment of the switchgear. The secondary plug can only be inserted or removed when the handtruck is in the test/isolation position; when the handtruck is in the operating position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be removed due to the mechanical interlocking effect. Before the secondary plug of the circuit breaker handtruck is connected, only the opening operation can be performed; the closing mechanism of the circuit breaker handtruck is electromagnetically locked, so closing operation cannot be carried out.7. Live Display DeviceA live display device is installed inside the switchgear. This device consists of two parts: a high-voltage sensor and a portable display. The sensor is installed on the busbar or feeder side, and the socket of the display is installed in the low-voltage compartment of the switchgear. When it is necessary to detect whether the three phases (A, B, C) are live, the plug of the portable display can be inserted into the L1, L2, and L3 sockets. If the display is activated, it indicates that the busbar or feeder side is live; otherwise, it indicates no live voltage. It can also be used as a phase sequence detector or electro-optical indicator, whose function is also to detect whether the high-voltage side is live.8. Condensation and Corrosion PreventionTo prevent hazards caused by condensation in climates with high humidity or large temperature changes, heaters are installed in the circuit breaker compartment and cable compartment respectively, facilitating use in the above environments and preventing corrosion.9. Earthing DeviceA 5×40mm earthing copper bar is independently installed in the cable compartment, which can connect adjacent switchgears and maintain good contact with the cabinet. This earthing bar is used for components requiring direct earthing. Meanwhile, the entire cabinet is assembled with aluminum-zinc-coated plates, ensuring the entire cabinet is in a good earthing state and guaranteeing the safety of operators and the cabinet during operation.Technical Parameters
